This is a very interesting piece of history.  The Jenkinson Co. in Pittsburg, PA handed out a copy of the book in 1885 as a Christmas gift to their customers.  This was a promotion for the Statchelburg & Co. cigar brand: "Le Trois Mousquetaires".
